Important Vendor Information
Booth Information
Booth Fee: Participation fee is $50 per 10x10 booth space.
Vendors will be able to access the site at 7 am.
The event will be open to the public from 9 am-3pm.
Vendors must pack up and leave the show area by 4:30 pm.

Tables & Chairs: You may bring your own, or Life Way has a limited number of chairs and tables (6ft & 8ft) available for rent; tables $10, chairs $5. Please indicate if you are interested in renting tables/chairs, or require electrical service in the registration.
Booth/Tent:
You will need to bring all of the supplies for your booth, which may include tables, chairs, tent, and miscellaneous equipment.
For safety reasons if you decide to put up a 10 x 10 tent at the event, it is required that your tent be secured with appropriate weights (a minimum of 25 lbs) on each of the four corners. Any tent not properly weighted and secured will be required to be taken down. It is required that your tent be secured. You will be held responsible for any damage your tent may cause.

As consideration of inclusion in the Life Way Family Fun Day, the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Life Way and all its board members, agents and employees from and against all liability or loss that the participant and/or their guests, may sustain or incur as a result of the claims, demands, costs or judgements arising from the participant’s involvement in the Life Way Family Fun Day.
